Leadership Training for Christ (LTC) is an activity based program designed to teach and refine leadership and worship skills to our children. Open to young people from grades 3 - 12 as participants, NorthWest encourages our young people to excel in Bible Reading, Songleading, Bible Bowl, Christian Drama, Puppets, Chorus, Inspirational Powerpoint presentations, and other activities. Training sessions and group practices continue weekly through the winter months, culminating in our participation in the Central Texas Leadership Training for Christ convention, usually held in early Spring each year.
Cost is minimal, and every effort is made to enable all kids to participate, regardless of their financial situation.
Getting our young people involved in teaching and worship skills early will help them to become better servants as they mature. We want each person to reach inside of themselves, find the talents God has given them, and use them for His glory.
